Our chefs present a luxuriant menu, rich in local tastes and artistic flair. We place a particular emphasis on using locally-sourced and humanely-raised meats, seasonal produce, plus locally-produced ingredients, to promote environmentally-friendly and sustainable choices. We also try to offer gluten-free options on our weekly menus.
As our goal is to use the best in seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients, there may be some changes (and even some surprises) when you visit.
Every few weeks, the restaurant menu changes and students use their previous experience and guidance from professional chefs to learn how to perfect new cuisine and serve customers in a professional restaurant setting.
